went to my 7th-8th teacher’s wake today and I lost it when i saw him.
it was so surreal.
that man never got married, never had kids,
but he gave so much love to anyone whom he encountered in his life.
his students were his children. we were his. he was like a second father to me. i visited him years after i graduated 8th grade. i saw him last year and he still recognized me. in fact, he looked excited to see me.
so many people were there. everyone said the same thing: he impacted their lives in a tremendous way and helped change them for the better.
i can say the same. he helped me while i was experiencing abuse in my house. he helped me when i was plagued with suicidal thoughts. he helped make me into a much better human being, and he did the same for my little sister, who had him four years ago.
Mr Wayne Rudy, rest in peace.
you give me hope in humanity.
you were an amazing person who gave nothing but love.
and i hope i can do that for others the way you did for us <3

My father comes from Tonacatepeque in San Salvador while my mom comes from Estanzuelas which is in Usulutan but now her family is in Soyapango. I’ve never been to Santa Ana but I have a friend whose family lives there so maybe ill check it out next time I go to ES :)

i spent new years in el salvador last year.
and my cousins are more adorable than yours.
i saw a picture on tumblr that reminded me of someone and i got super sad ‘cause even though they were a major dick to me, i still wish we could be friends ‘cause i enjoyed their company.
i’m gonna distract myself with tea and anime now.
